THE TEAM

AND OUR FLEET

Our selection of vehicles has been chosen to fulfill the individual requirements of our clients and are all owned by the company.

British Heritage Bespoke Tours has succeeded in changing one's preconception of a chauffeur. We are a small, elite team who will ensure that your bespoke itinerary will fulfil all your expectations. We have a small selection of vehicles from which you may choose. A long wheel base Mercedes S-Class, a long wheel base BMW 7 series, long wheel base Mercedes Viano MPV's, and a Rolls Royce Phantom.

Jeremy

Jeremy lives in Royal Berkshire with his wife Karen and two daughters. He is a Rolls-Royce trained chauffeur, with anti-terrorist and anti-hijack driver training. He is an advanced driver and a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists as well as a police trained motorcyclist. He has a good geographical knowledge of London, UK and northern Europe. He is interested in British history, in particular the post industrial revolution period. He enjoys travel and meeting people. Has previously had experience as a stunt driver in music videos and has appeared in TV shows and commercials, local radio shows, corporate videos and was even used as a model for a series of magazine and newspaper adverts. His hobbies and interests include riding motorcycles, motor sport and mountain biking and he has a burning ambition to learn to fly helicopters. Hmmm!

Nigel

Nigel is married with two daughters. He was educated at Public School and is ex British Army and Metropolitan Police Officer. For many years he served in the Diplomatic Protection group and latterly the Royal Protection Group. He is an advanced Class 1 Police driver. Since his retirement from the police he has driven members of the Jordanian Royal family and is Queen Noor's personal driver.

Nigel is interested in travel and classic cars and describes himself as an all round good-egg and top banana!? Fortunately, we agree and are delighted that he's a member of the team.

Michael

Michael was a professional musician for twenty years (please see the About tab) and travelled the world extensively. He has owned British Heritage Bespoke Tours for more than two decades. His interests are the fascinating heritage of Britain, classic cars and music. Michael will be sure to entertain you with many a tale during your journey... if you can stay awake!

Andy

Andy hails from a military family and was privately educated at Hereford Cathedral School. He attained the Royal School of Music grade eight in both Piano and Trombone by the time he was 16.

He was accepted into The Sandhurst Military Academy. He later joined the Thames Valley Police in Royal Berkshire as divisional Motorcyclist which is where he became an Advanced Class 1 Police driver on motorcycles and cars. He then became the Franchise Manager in South Kensington for the HR Owen premier dealership supplying Rolls Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini and Land Rover. It was during this period that he met Michael and was invited to join the team at British Heritage Bespoke Tours.

Andy has always loved the written word and has almost completed his first novel. Watch this space!

Ian

Being a passionate car enthusiast it was inevitable that Ian should turn to the motor industry to pursue his career and he spent thirty years in a variety of sales and management positions, predominantly with Mercedes-Benz. During his later years with Mercedes he took responsibility for the UK sales of their two flagship models; the Maybach and the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. He received Maybach driver training in Germany, and SLR McLaren training at the SLR Driving Academy situated at the Paul Ricard High Tech Test Track in the South of France. His position required him to be the conduit between Mercedes-Benz and an elite clientele including ambassadors and heads of state. Being a frequent traveller to Spain Ian studied the language and can speak fluent Spanish. Olé!
